A couple of good Kick samples as requested
A few people have been asking for good kick samples recently, so I've decided to post a couple.

This first one is something I made from scratch after following a brief tutorial that L-Vee wrote. It has a lot of sub-bass, occupies a low frequency and would probably work a darker type track. I can't remember what kicks I used as a reference.

This second one, as the name suggests, is an emalgamation of the low freqs of the Pulser - My Religion kick and the high freqs of the Sun Decade - I'm Alone (Mirco de Govia mix) kick. I don't know if you're allowed to legally use something like this in a track, BTW, so you may not want to. Personally, I make a track with a kick that I've created, then once it's done I have about 10 ripped off kicks that I try out in place of the kick I've made to see how the track sounds with a different, pro-level kick in it. Usually it leads me to tweaking the kick I have quite a bit and improving the track as a whole as a result, so I'd recommend that process to you guys that strugle with driving kicks.
Hope this helps some of you.
nice work dj.sean
you really contribute to the boards a lot.. well done m8

These boards have helped me far more than I've helped them; least I can do.

Couldn't find the exact thread, but this is more or less what it was:
