drum and bass beats

do anyone know any good tutorial for nice d'n'b beats, i love the way they sound so busy. I have done a few tries and some of them succeded but i still need help, it feels like every time i succeed its by accident.And i dont have a server to put my beats up on so i can share them.

ps: im a fruity abuser.
