I need help finding a good Frame Limiter

Hi the subject is self-explanatory I guess...

I'm playing old dos games and some new games as well that run too fast. I just need a small frame limiting program to help me out.

I already tried one from Freeze software but it doesnt do anything.

Any help will be appreciated thanks!
