The mirror should work at least?

Posted by Massive84 on Dec-19-2003 17:24:

both working for me

and it's a nice tune!!

and i don't want mike to change his sound hehe.

love the break.

Posted by TOR on Dec-19-2003 17:44:

sounds great, especially the break! very Airwavey, heh..

one thing sounds strange though, that filtered rim shot..
it's pretty sharp, a little hard on the ears..
but that could be due to the 96kbps mp3.

only a little detail of course, overall it's awesome!
not the most innovative melody, but it goes well with the sound..

and a title heh, let's see..

"Deep in Space"

nah, forget it.. i don't have any inspiration.

Post above pretty much sums it up, kool tune, the shot panned left a little sounds little to weak/thin, but offcourse a tune like this will get the clubs rockin, real airwavey in breakdown. Predictable stuff, which is always kool for the dance floor.

Keep it up

Sounds rather nice guys, nice job. Has a mike-ish feeling to it, except for the percs I think.

Don't have any inspiration for the title though

Posted by Fundamental on Dec-19-2003 18:03:

Yeah, what you have sounds good.

Can't wait to hear a longer clip...

maybe not deep in space.... but something spacey i think would fit good... maybe just deep space.. or space impact or something

i suck at names

but the track sounds really nice... i like it
not the greatest lead thou.. but it's ok

I for one loved it, not much to complain about. I would add something to fill it up a bit, pads or percussion for instance.

Posted by Omegasox on Dec-19-2003 19:17:

Thumbs up

I love it. Nice floaty yet punchy feel to it.

"Hyperion Sea" jumped in my head when I heard it.

There's definitely no shortage of production quality on this one; very nice pads and breakdown. At the beginning there's a panned right click clack type noise that I find to be a little too prominent and I'd suggest turning that down. The melody isn't anything special but it's constructed in a great way with great synth sounds. Percs could use some serious beefing up too IMO.

Overall great tune, this would work well at the club.

Cool

very nice indeed, your gated vox continues to improve with every tune mike

i reakon u could ticken the percs + bass as it sounds a bit hollow, overall good effort tho

Posted by moth on Dec-19-2003 22:30:

Damn, another great quality tune.

Posted by jcosgrove on Dec-19-2003 22:38:

this track is gonna be absoloutely massive, it sounds like a MIKE tune, and a very good one at that..

I think both Robert & MK-S will feature massively in DJ's record boxes throughout 2004
