i need the midi....i duplicated the synth on my jp 8080
Here you go.
This is a link to cloudbursts huge ass midi pack. It's in there.
http://user.tninet.se/~grx180g/BIGPACK_MIDI.zip
yes, in the "trance midi" folder..
but think the second chord progression sounded wrong when I listented to it...
I'll check it out...
edit: hmm, sounded right with a similiar synth..
It's so easy. 1/8th notes playing the following:
4Db-5F-4Eb-5Gb-4Eb-5Gb-4Eb-5Gb- *whole rest*
4Db-5F-4Eb-5Gb-4Eb-5Gb-4Eb-5Gb-4Gb-5Ab-4Gb-5Ab-4Gb-5Ab-4Gb-5Ab
Octave numbers are infront of the notes.
'b' = flat (black key, halfstep down).
Heh, I fucked about for a few minutes, since I couldn't get the melody out of my head..
Haha, listen here:

Woa, your bass is almost dead on. Nice cover.

Well ive got both, what presets did you tweak?
Pro53: 142: Flutterbass, which with some tweaking can be a very good lead sound too..
V-station: 170: Bass 8

4 Strings used the Supernova for the lead, so instead of using Pro53, use the V-Station.
4 strings used the jp 8000 or 8080 for the lead not the supernova...i duplicated their lead on my 8080
I'm 95% positive that the synth they used is a Novation one, I can create that patch in my sleep from scratch. If you came up with something that's similar than it could simply be a coincidence (or perhaps you could post a sample?). When I hear that sound the first thing that comes to mind is "novation".
