Hoping for a miracle

Ok weve all had this happen...
You leave a party or a club, scattered as fuck
And u got this tune in ur head uve never heard before
Or will hear again, it taunts u for the longest of time
Possibly forever...

Im looking for two such track and all i know is a sampel from each

One is very hi nrg, contains a repeated sample of a guy
Sounds like his as peakin as i was, sayin OH PAAH
Or WHOOO-PAAAAA continually sampled.

The other is a female vocal, accomapnied by a trancey melody
All i remember from the vocal is I BELEIVE I AM LOVER
It is repeated but its not the only sample thers liek a whole verse.

I kno its a long shot, thx for ur help
