This sounds really nice John, nicely filled up and well sounding. I think you'd better use a different kick every now and then, although it's nice to recognize it.
The volume of the bass seems really low on my speakers, dunno if it sounds low on my heads, but you should try and beef it up a bit more.
Other than that, can't wait to hear this finished mate!
Sounding good so far John, look forward to hearing your finished version.
thanks guys-i worked a lot on this remix!
the bass was too loud and i had to turn it down due to compression-it sounds fine now on decent speakers-nice and beefy
lets hope the original artists like it!
OMG this track is massive!!
seriously, i like this way better than both the original and above & beyond mixes..
nothing negative to say, this track is great!
quality tune indeed, and like tor says it's the best mix of them all
very beautiful indeed. i can feel your song. you definitely hit the mark of adding emotion to your song. sounds real nice mate! just as good as above and beyond remix. i like it. lets hope smith and pledger does too.
already posted my opinion on matt hardwicks forum but might aswell post it here. think it is a awsome remix. big fan of the original and the A&B remix and think this one is even better. great work john!
nice work again john

jees thanks! heh i dont think its better than orig though
indeed, its very good mate. top production.
Yet another quality track John
Sounds really great, 'm sure it'll go down a storm.
However I agree with Icone about the bass. I can hear the low end bass fine but it has no presence in the track on the higher end which makes the track sound less energetic. Try boosting the Bass eq a little around the 6-8 khz mark
Also I would make the percussion a bit more interesting.
Apart from that its wicked mate
Your remix, I think, is better than the original and remixes.
Good work JC.
btw is your mix only supposed to be 5:37 long?
Holy Cow!
That's mental, tell you what... I have to get a copy of this from you. Been playing the original and this in my mind is better. This would work so well with what I'm doing at some of the venues I play. Seriously!!!
Cheers
Nem
Awesome. Just have a look at that bassline. I think it may be a case of just EQing differently. The kick btw, is really good.
Great stuff John... you've improved so much.

Hi, I'm Ed Winchester says:

Hi, I'm Ed Winchester says:
it's way too high
Cheers.
cheers lads-i didnt really want the bass to be too heavy as it was intended as a 'light' remix..anyhow u can whack it up on the mixer if the dj wants more bass :P
anyone goin to see matt NYE keep ur ears open!
Hey John, sorry its taken me a while!
Absolutely fantastic, love it! Just wish it was in a higher bitrate and the full version! Youve done a fantastic job! Prodcution sounds tight, but again cant really judge it from the low quality sample! Structure is great as usual!
Good job m8
Shep
toptune! i like the bass as it is. perc could be a bit more interesting as bren said. i'm loving this one
