Well the idea is good but some of the notes are just plain wrong... it sounds horribly out of key.

Yeah - sounds nice and trancey. I especially like the crash cymbal effect halfway through! I wanna hear more than 40 seconds!

But yeah, the melody (or lack thereof) is off.
Was that your hook? Just need a nice melodic hook...cuz everything else was fine! In other words ... your song was cool, but the music sucked!

Ok you need to look up some info on music theory, specifically in terms of consonance and dissonance.
