teenybopper parties

OK so I'm sitting here watching TV and all I can hear is this top 40 tripe from next-door's house party with wannabe ganstars listening to rnb bollocks and other annoying music interspersed with randomness such as the Mario Bros theme song. Am I doomed to live next to a bunch of annoying teenyboppers? Anyone else have problems like this?

I have neighbours who would throw rnb parties every few weeks which was pretty fkn annoying, so i solved the problem and moved my speakers pointing out the window, put on high volume and pumped some mixes...seemed to do the trick when they were throwing stuff ahaha

Aye, my neighbours are exactly like that, one of them has the illusion that he's a beast on gutair.

Sadly, he isn't, but somehow he doesn't seem top notice that it pisses people off when he plays the same crappy metallica song for 4 hours straight (Not to mention horribly out of tune).

Silly rabbit, wake up and just get outta the house or something, buy urself sum headphones and listen to your music like that...

Hate to warn people but staying @ home n listening to trance mp3's isn't the only thing to do in the world...

And teenie boopper parties.. come on... ppl hate it when they call trance events pill popping parties... same shit.. don't say to others what you wouldn't like to be placed upon yourself..

I like your attitude! hahah

'teenybopper parties' are fun anyway...it's not for the music, it's for the socialising. and top 40 stuff is good if you want to get people to dance and get into it.
but if it really bothers you, just do what psygnosis said and blast some mixes

I think you missed his point, at this moment in time its fairly unfair to generalise electornica as techno or doof doof music etc. as it has a wide variety of genres all sporting different musical characteristics.

R & B however has ceased to be about music a long time ago, do you think most EDM producers would make it as R&B stars looking the way they do, it's become an industry of cool, where lust, greed and other bad values are praised by the artists. Seriously i have never seen a fight break out at an EDM event, hip hop, r&b events however are infamouse for the trouble these young "G's" start.

euphoria i totally agree on you for RnB and Hip Hop club culture, but this is about teenie parties, sure they may suck but its like Ves said that its not about the music.

rnb has long lost any art to it and is all about bullshit attitude and "bling bling", it's so fake and pretentious it makes me sick.

Its all about the love!

Or making of Love. You know the old saying. Dancing is a vertical action for a Horizontal Desire!

It's not that I can't tolerate their music taste, my problem is with them blasting the sound over the fence into my house at 10db.

Posted by Zerotonin on Dec-28-2003 12:23:

Teeny boppers deserve to be beaten on a regular basis, I don't know why you guys are defending them...

Dude, if their pumping out r'n'b tripe get the garden hose out...

Man that is total crap, there are guidelines that define good and bad music. Melody, chord progression, timing etc. those are all things that can be easily screwed up resulting in a shitty production. Now if someone prefers to listen to shit then i have no respect for them or their preference.
