[ Sasha Live @ Amphitheater, Tampa Review ]
I had a really great time last night. Massive TA's in attendance. Nice seeing the crew (Brent, Greg, Flo, Arturo, Ginger, Phil) and also meeting some new peeps (Rach, Kat, and Co). Hope to see everyone soon and glad everyone made it out. Sasha came on about 12:30ish and played til 3:00ish. He played a mostly-breaks set which had me and Flo loving every minute. I could only spot a few tracks:

hola,... good times all around,.. i had a great time,... and we had an extremely nice gathering of TA's before and after the show,... nice to see everybody again,... lemme see if i can list who i can remember, Arturo, Flo, Felipe, Roni, Rachael, Ryan, Kat, Phil, Bo, Alex, Jen, Ginger, "M", James, Greg, Santi, Hope, Jeff, and about 7/8 others that i cant fully remember names,... special thanks to Ryan for allowing us to have a place to pre and post party... cant wait until the next one,... oh just a few short days away,... Ferry!!

Sasha was WAY BETTER than I expected. From whenever he got on 'til 3 I was moving the entire time. The club was good, the people where great, the music was excellent... OK, now I'm sounding like Buster 
But a great time nonetheless and good seeing most of you I saw last week 
Crazy stuff I remember:
- Flo riding in the trunk
- banning Wundervoll from being played
- That crazy rotating dance floor
- Katie dancing up on the center of it
- one last track: UNKLE - In A State (Sasha mix)
- an NYTA recognizing Rach and coming with us to the afterparty
- me kicking the amp off repeatedly during my set
Chilled at the afterparty til about 6am though it seemed like a short blur from all the Heineken I drank 
Can't wait to do it again! Ferry in just 6 days!!!

Well.. where can I start. Oh Man. My first TA trip, and my second largest FLTA meeting. Well Well!
- Sasha was good. Lots of breaks. Some nasty quality breaks. Not my style, I dont like brakes, but it still made me dance.. still enjoyed it. Had a great time with the FLTA crew. Had a super great time in both the pre and after party. Met lots of new peeps,Ryan ( Thanks for the pre/after party, and for letting me and my friend sleep for the remaining night ),Brent ( thanks for the ride and the hospitality man ), Greg, Phill, Ginger, Kozok(??- thanks for the ride to and from the club ), ex-dj, spykechild, and hippieman that I recognized in the club( Alex right?), and everyone else involved that I forgot the names of. Yes, it was a caravan of 5 or so cars full of FLTA's. A TA moment was when everyone skipped the line hehehe.. TA power in the works. It was also great to see Arturo ( My guide to and from Tampa ), Flo, Kati, RACHEEL!!! ( arrrghhhhh hope you feeling better from that damm thing u got ). Sorry if I missed anyone... but Im just so tired hehe.. that drive is kind of enoying .
ULTRA 2004!!! WMC!!! .. I got to Miami and the radio its allready announcing it and giving away tickets.. so early. Thats just an idea of how crazy thats gonna be.
alright, i've finally recovered, so heres my review:
first and foremost, arturo, thank you so much for driving! you're a saint! and wundervoll isnt really all that bad, we just love teasing you 
and brent, thanks so much for letting us crash at your place, you're a friend that i wouldnt want to be without. it's always a blast when you're around.
to all the tas that came out, awesome time with all of you, you guys are all amazing. arturo, brent, ginger, phil, greg, alex, jen, felipe, roni, rachel, katie, ryan, james, hope, jeff, bo, and everyone else. too many names so glad for the second straight week we had such an awesome meetup. i'm so proud of all the FLTAs. maybe this year we can actually be successfull in throwing a FLTA BBQ, maybe for WMC 
thanks to all the djs who spun at the afterparty, arturo, jeff, james, ryan, and even greg who couldnt deal with the belt driven tables
alright now onto the amphitheatre for sasha. we all got there shortly before midnight to not miss sasha. well after we did the whole skipping line thing and finally got in, we found three on the decks. now i dunno about anyone else, but imo three was just playing to the ybor crowd, and well, thats not really my cup of tea. he was playing breaks, but really shitty breaks. so anyway, then around 12:30 sasha finally came on and wow he rocked it. he had me dancing the entire night. sasha was playing some nasty breaks that owned me so hard. seven nation freeland killlllled me! so did in a state (sasha remix) and cloud cukkoo. wow wow wow. now, to be honest, the amphithreatre sucked. the sound system was horrible, really made me appricate space so much more. and the ventaliation was horrible too, with the ONE fan. but regardless, sasha rocked it. and i had an excellent time with all the tas!!
the afterparty was excellent too, just kept drinking there and ryan thanks so much for having us all over. i was pretty drunk by this point in the night, so i dont remember all that much. hehehe. but i know i had fun.
cant wait to continue partying at ferry! see you all there, well those of who are coming. 
Hey kiddies! Oh what fun! THANKS to all you beautiful and amazing TA's who came out to the pre-party. Ryan and I told everyone to come around 8.. it was almost 9 and noone had shown up yet despite giving out directions and our numbers. we were THISCLOSE to leaving and then EVERYONE showed up ready to party within a 10 minute time frame i swear, juist past 9. Ridiculous! lol.
It was awesome hanging out again with those I already know and luv, (Flo, Art, Brent, Katie,Jeff, Hope, James,Greg,Phil,Felipe (woohooooo you came!)and those I met for the first time Roni,Bo, Machie, Ginger,Alex! Everyone --I love you guys. FL TA roX!!!!!! Sorry if I forgot anyone, Im sooo sick! Sasha Was off the hook, he totally worked the crowd; I was very impressed... such a blast! First time I had ever spent more than 5 minutes in the Ampitheater.. it was OOOOOOOOOK. Rotating floor was cool at first but then when the alcohol really started to kick in I started tripping over the edges and then during Sasha when I *thought* I had moved up front and center to jump around, before I knew it,my ass was jumpin in the back of the club I was like uh WTF??
Damn Floor! Shit made me feel like I was going crazy at first LOL A Break In the Clouds and ---> IN A STATE<----- killled me! Wow!
It was so much fun when that group of us were all in the front together dancing and going crazy at the end, you guys remember!!??? heheh Overall GREATTTTTTTTTT show, great tymes, James LOLLLLLLLLLL The NY TA, omfg. 2 words: Psychadelic Tr*O*nce. "You FL TA's know Trance, but not Tr*O*nce. HAHAHAHHA
Big fat THANKS for driving us to and from the club James, that was sweet. And a big fat SORRY for me passing out as soon as we alll walked in the door to Ryan's.lol. I was soooooooooooooooo sick. I mean WHOOO catches a full blown cold in the time you leave a club till you get home 25 minutes later?? That's right kids: MEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Yea. That sucked. Could not breathe. Not breathing=BAD. SO I gOT home and went to bed, Im soooooooo mad , I wanted to hang out dammit! I apologize for missin you guys tear it up.
Hopefully I'll be healed by NYE and Ferry. FERRYRYRYYRFFERRRYYYYYY!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOhhhhooooooooooooOOOOOOOO! I wanna see everyone on the 3rd that I saw for Sasha and more! Meetup?

P.S Again, I just wanted to say I really had a great time with all of you, you all are so awesome. Glad it was such a great turnout and I can't wait to hang again for Ferry
whats up everybody. what a great turnout, the crowd we had really made the night what it was. i think i was the last one to arrive at the pre-party, damn I-4 traffic. the carivan to the club was fun, i think we sould have gotten a pic of all 30 of us in front of the "no loitering" sign in the ABC lot. it was only my second time visiting ybor, and i was not impressed either time. Very sketchy people everywhere. the club was kinda small and VERY crowded. it was hard to get enough room to really dance. lots of weird older people at the club. i'll never forget the 50 year old lady with glowsticks. the sound system was pretty weak, and the dance floor didnt really rotate as much as it just jerked its way around. i think there was only 1 AC vent in the whole place. the $11 redbull and vodkas killed me, but you really cant go wrong with $3 heinies.
however, Sasha really threw it down, and everybody was rockin out. i didnt recognize a single track that he threw down, but i woundnt expect anything less from sasha. Having so many TAs there really made it a great night. it was great seeing everybody again, and meeting a bunch of people for the first time. cant wait for ferry again.

Hey guys, I finally got enought sleep to be able to log on to the computer, the afterparty was freakin great, but i had to work at 11:00 so i was hating life all day on saturday! such a great time, sasha was imo great on the wheel very happy everyone had a good time at the parties, thanks to everyone that spun sorry about the tables! but all you guys rocked it anyway -was hoping someone would have forgot their vinyls for a week or so! haha it was really nice to put faces to all the names on the board, i met so many of you guys i wont even try to name you all. it was so fun thanks to whoever left the half gallon of captain morgans i will be enjoying that soon. you guys have a blast at ferry im off to LA LA in two days!!!!!!
You're welcome, for the captain morgan, and thanks for the high life. I'll forget alcohol but never vinyls! What a great party! Some really good music from the FLTA djs once again and Sasha was great especially at the end of the night. Alright, get your asses to Ferry, see you there.
