How to host pictures/movies/etc..

I used to know but i've forgotten..

How do you get webspace to host pictures and post it as links on the forums and such, what program do you need and what site do you all recommend that is good and free...

Someone tell me the steps please, I havent done this shiet for a while...I used to know how to do the basics, and it seems that i've forgotten everything.

U can use virginstudent.com for pics. For movies u will probably have to pay for space.
