How many mp3s do you download a year?

Hi, I'm conducting this poll for a statistics project for my school. Please take the time to fill it out as honestly as possible. Thanks for your time.

a year i d/l about 200 mp3, mostly from the amateur section here, so not many illegal mp3s
50 illegal, 150 samples/tunes/remixes (from here)

Don't confuse D/L with saving! I D/L a bunch and 99% are worth about 10-15 seconds before they go in the recycle bin. The 1% get some more attention.

During 2003 I downloaded about 3000+ mp3's. The year before that, not many. We'll see what this year brings.

I'm well over 2000 a year on average. If u were as bored as me, you'd probably be downloading a crap load more.

i'd probably say between 200 - 501, isnt that many because i have a shitty 56k and too often cant be bothered to download a track (takes me bout half an hour )

I'm on 56K and here's my estimated download stats:
MP3 downloads:
2001-09-26--[end]: 20-50 hours
2002: 600-900 hours
2003: 200-500 hours (unknown)

I have another big batch of 320 kbps MP3s from all of my store-bought CDs. I own around 300 CDs and increasing. The majority of my MP3s are albums & live bootlegs, even though I have some 20 CDs full of MP3 singles now too. (Yes, I took both polls). I've been buying CDs since 1996-07-24, when I bought Robert Miles - Dreamland and I've been downloading MP3s since 2001-09-26, when I was introduced to WinMX.
