KarateKid TOTA 2003: YEAR END REVIEW



wells it's that time of year again .. 2003 brought some troubled moments as well as great memories.

What do you all consider to be the most memorable moments of 2003 on TOTA? It can be party related, or forum related, or just about anything.

Personally when I look back at 2003, this is what I'll remember:

My Top 5 Parties of the year

1. Guvernment 7 Year Anniversary
2. Dumonde @ Viva Nightclub
3. Labour of Love II
4. TA Invasion System Soundbar Series
5. iDream 2003


All in all, 2003 was an amazing year for better or worse. TOTA underwent many struggles but what didn't kill us only made us stronger. TA has fostered such a great trance community in TO and I look forward to seeing what excitement 2004 has in store. Happy New Year everyone!

Emz! I agree with your top 5 parties man, same. As for the Year End Review...a SHITLOAD has happened, pretty well summarized above. What's left to say? Thanks to all the really awesome people who I've partied and hung out with over this past year. You all fucking own!

It feels like it was so long ago, but Viva's 1 Year Anniversary party with J00F, Orkidea, Deko-Ze, Peter Ivals and Hartec remains my absolute favourite of them all.

2003 was one of the best party years of my life. Made it out to many events, met some really nice people who share the same passion for EDM as I do and made some very good friends. Big thanks to loconet for introducing me to TA.

my most memorable party: MY FIRST EVER TOTA PARTY: TIESTO @ THE DOCKS!!

the TA INVASION PARTIES at System that I made it to, late or not, definitely stick out in my mind. My birthday this year is one that I will most definitely NEVER forget thanx to TA.

other parties that stick out for me:

Above & Beyond @ Sound Emporium
Labour of Love
PVD @ KOOLHAUS

My fondest memory was partyprincess and her ego the size of russia and the rest of them taking her pathetic ass apart

Rumor for 2004 is the same as it usually is

DELTA HEAVY 2....dunno if will happen but the first one was massive.

It was classic....tha_broad and stereoprincess vs. partyprincess....it was like taking out the trash...

even tho partyprincess was a 19 yr old with a tremendous ego problem....she did give us some laughs....before she became last week's news and was tossed out like the trash.

I want more contraversy in tota for 2004....

my top events are every event i've been to with the TAs. All invasions i've been to (2,3,4), En-trance 3.0, Max Graham twice, all the other parties i am forgetting about..

also becoming a TOTA to start with... another highlight for me. 2003 has been an exellent year. It would not never be the same without TA. RIP GlobalGroove... fallen yet not forgoten. Also good bye to my good friend Nick_Energy who sadly had to go back to his home land. He was a great spinning buddy. I thank each and every (well almost every) one of you for making TOTA the place it is.

what's in store for 2004? only the powers to be knows.

In retrospect I must say 2003 was one hell of a year full of ups and downs. Fortunatly more ups then downs.

May this new year in coming give you all as much pleasure as the last, and if there was no pleasure this last year, then may the new year bring you ample amounts.

Honestly my fave. moments as far as clubbing goes where @ Viva with flemming and orkidea and ALL the Systems invvasions. Me losing faith in Guv for 2003 should also be there. Let's hope that the Anne SAvage Appearance @ guv in 2004 (soon ) will make me forget all the other bad Guv Times.

2003 has been the most amazing year of my life... with its bad parts... came many good parts.. after all, the bad parts are the things which make the good parts sooo much better

And 2004... it started better than all of 2003 combined... i came into this year with so much joy and love.. with such a positive attitude and outlook for life.
