your going to need a couple of things
First:
A s-video to rca convertor. I think radio shack carries them. it will convert the svideo to the yellow video cable of the rca jacks.

Second:
A ministero 1/8 inch to rca converter this will convert the audio out on your sound card to the red and white rca jacks.

exactly, my ATI card came with a s-v / rca converter.

as for audio - if you have a digital camera or a video camera with TV out, it probably came with a cable to hook it up to your TV. on one end it has yellow (video) and black (audio) RCA connectors and on the other end it's a 1/8" 'headphone jack' plug. surprisingly enough, that will absolutely work carrying the sound from your sound card to the TV, i do this with my stereo

if not, radioshack has an incredible selection of cables, just make sure you get the right type (for audio - stereo, not mono as i once did, had to return to the store lol)
