apri's going away party

as some of you may know already, i will be going away to university of amsterdam for 5 months at the end of january to study, and party a little

i'm not doing anything huge, just some drinks with friends. if any of you vancouver TAs feel like it, you are more than welcome to come by.

this will take place saturday, january 24. i dont have a set place yet, possibly the fairview pub on broadway and cambie or a place down here in new west (i forget the name). if anyone has suggestions for good pubs, post them here

amsterdam! omfg i'm jealous!!! i'll try and be there if i can...

Make sure you're at Viva on the 23rd too; I'm going to get you hammered =P

Clanceys in New West. hahaha. That means I can come!

The DJ there spins some wicked wicked Country and SoftRock. Has the place JUMPIN.

oh and the waitresses are soooooo hot, in a not terribly hot sort of way.

I'm sure the boys form HYBRID would love to wish you a good trip :P

think its called brooklyn pub or something, its on columbia. and the DJ drops some kick ass top 40 shiat

i think it'll depend on whether many vancouver people show up or not, if not, i'll keep it in new west, make things easier.

adam, you and caleb should be able to get into a pub, just not order drinks maybe

thank you everyone for warm wishes. i'll try to check TA as often as i can, cant never forget it, i love this place and love the people

sad!!! you are my favorite TA buddy so it will be very sad to see you go.. but i am glad you will be able to spend time with the boy, and go hang out with armin in his studio again etc (*DROOLS for good measure*)

i am going to try my hardest to come up, though it is all pending if i have a million tests that week. i am taking the hardest quarter of my life this quarter, since i am able to graduate in the spring... but yea! unless its something major, i'll be tehre for sure. (someone will just have to give me directions eventually, etc.. heh)

yea, cause when you get back, i will no longer be in bellingham... i am moving to seattle in june after i graduate, so i will no longer see many of you TA's much :/ saddddd

but that means having to take the transit for 5 months with no possibility of driving

all you people better show up!!

and there are probably 2 or 3 of you that i may not see again. who knows how many more of you guys decide to move while i'm gone

heh, maybe we should make this a joint "bye to sothis" party, since i doubt anyone would want to attend one for me in june anyways .. then id feel slightly special at least

anyways, ive decided that i will pretty much go no matter what. is this place hard to find from the freeway?
