Same user/pass as your forum user/pass. Everyone have private accounts you see If it doesn't work for you, you might not have been here long enough for the admins to set up your account, so you just have to wait a little..

if u r getting a log in request its either because the servers are maxed out, try again later
or that they are down - try again later

oh and make sure u are right clicking on the link
and save target as . . .
