This is the track that starts at 0:22 of Technica Vol 5 mixed by Dumonde. Has vocals, likely to be Japanese.

i've never heard this compilation , but the track you're referring to might be Ayu - Trauma (dumonde mix)

cause 22 mins is, ayumi hamasaki-far away (rank 1 remix)
the only other jpop remix on that cd is, elt-rescue me (dumonde remix)
