I don't have a sample clip.. but the only lyric line in the track is "Relax.. you're quite safe here" and it's very hardcore and dark.
I've checked out songs with the same sample (it's not Art Of Noise.. and it's not the Hard Creation track, but it could be a remix) any ideas anyone? it was around back in the early 90's i think
