a98 - nightwatch
hey guys!
this is my latest melodic trance piece..
it should have pretty nice drive and good catchy melody a bit melancholic even..
some have said the intros are a bit repeatitive? could be.. tell me what you think..

Yeah, intro went on for a bit. also, the breakdown didn't really offer much as far as progressive goes. Just tended to be the melody over and over without a kick. Some deep pads would be nice there.
Track sounds good though, melody is nice and synths are good too. Maybe bassline could be a little more accentuated but its okay. You could also try using a different (or altered) synth for the main lead as the intro.
Otherwise, nice work. I'm not normally a fan of prog but I thought this was pretty good.
prog?
you think this is progressive? i thought this was pure melodic.. or then the progressive i listen is techno
anyway thanks for your comments..
"accentuated" <- this my english didn't understand?
here is SynthDrome's version of the piece, it's a bit more tribal sounding and relaxing and sort of classy point of view..
a98 - Nightwatch (SynthDrome Remix)
also more feedback for the original is more than welcome..
Just to let you know that I have some sort of basis down for my remix but I'm not sure it'll work yet.

which it doesn't. feel free to upload to your server or whatever though
This is good! I like the melody! It's great!
I think the break was a bit to long tho. I dunno, the last minute/half minute or so felt unnecesary imo. Bah, I might be plain wrong, I've never complained about long breakdowns before. :P
Nice choon!
