Winter Allergies have hit...

Sinus pressure building up...wanna take a sledge hammer to my nose...

i had few other clever things to say, but they seemed to have dissapeared from my stream of consciousness...oh well...

Anyone else going through their personal sinus hell like mois??

i had several days in hell that were exacerbated by sinus pressure.. UGH. the agony.

SUDAFED!!! My sinues are always acting up...I've kind of gotten used to not even being able to smell anymore.

everyone in our house is officially SICK. Although im getting over it, i seriously thought i was gonna get conjunctavitis. . . cuz i got a lil bit of it for 3 mornings straight. ewwwww.

back from germany and now i am soo sick!

really bad sinus infection, and it's currently making it's way down to my chest. think it means it's leaving my body, none too soon.

few tips:
- LOTS of vitamin C
- LOTS of fluids
- LOTS of garlic (you're stinky for a few days, but it helps rid your body of the infection)
- ADVIL COLD AND SINUS: i'd just want to die without it! clears my sinuses and relieves all that pressure!

Bad cold/flu for me past week

but its almost over now - antibiotics worked real well - sudafed non drowsy 12 hour extended release is pretty good too - just got to see my doc now again on thurs and hopefully full clean recovery will be proclaimed.
