I know this question has been already asked -and answered-, but I need detailed instructions... because it is not working for me.

How do I throw in my own picture in the avatar???

I have it on my webpage, I have it on my hd... but the mf just won't show.
Profile > Edit Options > Change Avatar... and then what???

Upload it to TA (at the bottom of that page)

The pic must be less than 20kb and max 100x100 pix
