FERRY at AVALON nyc 2.28

anyone going to this? i was already planning to go for pvd at roxy, but i may have to go to this one as well! i dont know if i can handle 2 amazing nights in a row...but i just had such an amazing time at avalon for nye. plus, ferry always throws down with new stuff, so i am debating on going.

anyone else going to this? anyone else going to PVD + this???

I can't decide either -- going to both would be incredible but I'll be so tired for days to come. Maybe sleep between the two during the day? Is there more information on the Ferry show?

It might help that PVD is starting 2 hours earlier this time, so ending at around 6 am.

You better fuckin believe that i'm going. I miss Ferry last time because i'm only 18 but i heard that some other night they let this kid in that was 18, i just gotta find out some info. PLUS, 2/28/04 I shall turn 19 that would be a great present for me I'm also going to PVD....God damn alot of redbulls and whatever little sleep i can get.

i will try to get into this event, i just hope that strict door policey about you have to bring girls to the club to get in, will not be in effect
it took me an hour and a half last time to get in i had to find some girls lol
ferry took me to another world last time he was there great set and iam still debateing about carl cox cause i dont think avalon is big enuff for him its gonna be a sardene can in there.
they should have it at roxy again

A friend of mine went with some guy that was and from what she told me looked 18 i think they might of let him in because he had 3 girls with him.... not 100% though but if that's the case then i gotta find me some more girls.
Why did ferry only spin for such a short ammount of time last time ? He should spin for alteast 4 hours.

Ferry did leave a little early in Nov. but it definitely was longer than 2 hours.. Can't remember the exact set times but it had to be at least 3.5 - 4 hrs. For all those going to PVD the previous night, I say suck it up and come to Ferry as well.. We need to show support so he comes to NYC more often.

i really like ferry's productions and some of his sets...
everyone seems to love this guy live.. did i just catch him

i think the last time he was here he only did a 3 and a half hour set was because he was on tour with dj rap girl i remember she opened for him
so hopefully this time he will come for dolo and hopefully throw down atleast a 4 hour set with some new exclusive tracks and plus some classics

bah. i just wish avalon was more spacious. both times i've gone so far it's been ridiculous. granted they were holidays (thanksgiving eve with oakenfold and NYE with sasha ) sooooo... i'd like to see ferry. but the man, danny howells is at arc that night too. and howells is guaranteed to rock your sox off. hearing mixed reviews about ferry? not so good.

Ferry does not come around here often.. And with Howells playing on the same night, it should be less crowded..
