Everything starts with an 'E'?

The song has male vocals (possibly U.S.) where these lyrics are said:
Everything starts with an 'E'
Suddenly after each time these vocals are finshed being said the track has faithless/kay cee style synths and strings.
Anybody have any idea what this tune is?

the original was done by Jeremy Healy (long past DJ/producer). The name of the band escapes me know!

I believe Alice Deejay has a song by that name, could be it I'm not sure.
