Ultra Spin 4 pre-party meetup

I realise that I made a big mistake my starting a huge and very important thread like this by not consulting the veteran TAs first like Tatgirl and Desidel. First of all, not only have I never been to the place, but secondly, I didnt make any reservations or was planning to them. Since Tatgirl is an expert at this, and she usually does meetups for all big parties, I am closing down this thread to open way for her to do it the right way. Refer to her thread from now on. Sorry guys for all the mess ... here's what I compiled:

Hi to all you TOTAs and DTAs and NYTAs who are coming to this event! The meetup place will be Fionn MacCool's , a regular meetup place for all those crazy Guv fans.

Angelgirl (encouraging Fir3start3r to come by)

d!abolic (might come by)

Fir3start3r (decided to come by anyway!)

Jem_hadar (if makes it on time to T.O.)

jpgrdnr (his real name is Jon, will be with a TA?-like sign, plans to show up at 9PM for a beer.)

Magnetonium (I'm the guy with the KIA hat, will try to make it there for 9:25-9:40PM timespan)

maxtuh (will be there around 9PM)

SgtFoo (has not made a decision yet, transportation sources pending)

Skeletor (may or may not make it ~~~)

Starshine (will stop by with TDL and 5 others for a drink!)

Takuan (representing all DTAs at this meet-up )

I'd say for you guys fairly early as Gabriel and Dresden are on at 12am. I'm done work at 10:30 (not 11:30 as I had previously though)and will prob head straight to Guv as I don't want to miss their opening...Gahhh stupid work.

We are aiming for sometime between 9:00-9:50 PM, for a chat / drink / meeting / info n such ...

I think I'll be at the party from its start to its very end. I am gonna try to get at least 10 hours of sleep on friday, as I work all day saturday!

Now that I heard that the lines for this event will be huge (both the coat check and the en-trance lines), I may not be coming to the meetup for long. 10-15 minutes tops, that is, if I make it there before 9:30PM. I work until 8PM, and I have to do a few things on the way ... and I am a safe driver, so ... this sucks ...

So thats another good reason why I decided to end this thread and pass all meetup project materials to Nat!
