Whats up everyone!

Its been awhile since I've been on TA, so I decided start a thread to see how the holidays were for all of you. I just got back from Sweden. It was a blast. I had a lot of fun. The dance scene there is raw, those people know how to ring a new year in right! Now that the holidays are over and we're all getting back to normal life, what are some up coming events some of you are looking forward to?

i think everyone is gearing up for March when the Winter Music Conference (Mar 6-10) and the ULTRA Music Festival are here in Miami other than that the scene is gonna be kinda slow till then.

Hey man...so you in Jax, PCB, or Gainesville now then? If you are in GAinesville come out to Vibe on Thursday for DJ Hardware, and the week after for Edgar V...and this Saturday DJ Fixx is at Simon's for only a dollar!

So you a UF Pike then? What happened to the massive Pike parties? Havn't seen one in a while!

Not to diss Gainesville, but its lame now. Its been lame since 2001. And of course you havent seen any big pike parties, my crew has since left that town. The guys that are there now don't know how to do it up like we did. I'm pretty sure you know how to party, especially with those Tri-Delts.

I know about Fixx, one of the guys throwing the party is my younger brother. He's also one of the guys that runs "The after party".

Rachel!!! Whattup girl!! Yes, it's been a long time. Hope all is well. I'll be in O-town either this weekend or next, I'll give you a shout sometime. I don't know if I'm going to make it to Ultra or not. I went to the first 3 and havent been back since. After going to it for 3 yrs in a row it gets kind of old, thats when you start looking for better parties. In my opinion I think the Homelands and Creamfield parties were the best. Ever been to any of those? Sweden was off the chain, the people there have awesome vibes. I'll try to fill you in more later on in a PM.

Anyway, not to diss Gainesville? lol, why not? I do it all the time! The scene here sucks now. And it's not anyone specific's fault, so don't go run and tell Steve I said he's not doing his share, lol, he is! But a combination of the 2AM law, the "Party Patrol", and the real party people not being in Gainesville or not wanting to come back to Gainesville(I don't blame them) really sucks!

Steve is a good friend, Joey G is my lil brother. I give'em hell about not ever bringing any good Trance DJs to the ville and tell them break beats are nothing more than drum-n-bass played at a slower speed! Hahahaha!! They rag on me about being a 4/4 fan ( trance fan). Oh, and I like your statement "The real party people not being here anymore." Its good to know we're missed! The last time I was in G-ville was for the Gemini party, Taylor was playing. I was a little disappointed by the fact that he didnt play any hard trance or his normal dark stuff. I didnt even hear him play any melodic stuff. His set was mainly house (not hard house). Yet, I do regret not coming there to hear Danny Howells. I heard it was raw.
