Peter Martin - Perfect Wave (future release on Electronic Elements)

I saw this in the official playlist of yesterdays ASOT #131:

3. Peter Martin - Perfect Wave (Electronic Elements)

Great news! Finally it has been signed, so one of the best tunes of 2003 will get a release.

armada site needs to be badly updated, there is nothing about any of the Electronic Elements releases on there, no info on the lable either
Clear Blue is Electronic Elements 001 and comes out in a few weeks, and there is no info up

i only heard this the other day (where have i been??)

i really like it, except i seem to have developed a thing against male vocals as such, my ears must prefer the more sky orientated voices that women can obtain.

None the less the rest of the tune is grt

Yes, true. I've thought about that too. Also Perry O'Neil has been signed and some of his productions are planned releases on Electronic Elements, so there would be some info to put on the page. armadamusic.nl sucks!

Well, actually it's more of a speech sample, a short vocal sample, it's only two words. IMO it fits perfectly with the mood of the track, or better, they are part of that gorgeous feeling that builds up through the whole track. I really like that "per-per-perfect wave...".

yea the vocals are killer. or, the little speech thing.

love the cheese in a can dub, at least thats what my mp3 is labeled as. wicked wicked tune. so hypnotic

Yeah, one of the two old lofi prevs is labeled so. The other one is labeled Oahu Dub, or something similar. But from what I can choose from atm I prefer one of the compressed liverips that are available.

I have listened to it now a good few times the tune itself is fantastic, and for me now the speech vocals take nothing away from the track. And will go on my to get list
