Are digital cameras, camcorders etc. be allowed on ULTRA?

I wonder. I'd like to take camera with me. Were cameras allowed on the previous ultra?

IM GOING!

I certainly hope so! And if they are not... I'll just sneak one of those miniature cameras the size of a credit card through the gate

BTW, anybody have any new words concerning if VIP tickets to Ultra are available yet?

Posted by Shemeck on Jan-17-2004 04:47:

15minutes ago. I have sent an email to them (people who organize ultra ).
I hope they will answer.

Heh, don't expect a reply any time soon. I sent them three emails over the course of a week and a half, and not one reply yet

IM sure they wont reply. All that information will come along together with the line up, but so far, no Cameras have been allowed on past Ultra's, as longest you are able to sneak one in. I will try sneaking one in, I did last year, and saw plenty of other people with them also.

definetly not allowed but lots of people got them in last year

I think video cameras are prohibited but normal cameras are allowed..... the last two years they let me in with mine!

2 years ago we had no problems bringing cameras in. Last year when we got to the entrance they told us that they weren't allowing cameras. I snuck mine in in my pants Once inside, security didn't seem to care about cameras.

Take a book bag or some sort of bag and put the camra in the bottom of the bag with like a small blanket on top and they'll look but no time to search in detail. I have aleays got mine in! Dont try taking a video camera cause that they def wont let you in with.

Enjoy Ultra!

dont take a book bag!
last year the entrance security was a bitch and they werent letting ppl bring in book bags. i had to throw mine over the fence when nobody was looking. they normally dont allow cameras, but u can try sneaking one in. maybe now would be useful to get one of those camera cell phones. by the way, reception inside the venue is terrible, so if u expect to meet up with ppl, set a time and place, dont rely on calling eachother or texting cuz it might not work.

- Last year I remember this girls trying to catch a book bag inside as it was thrown over the fence.. it fell far away from them, perhaps it was you?!?! hehe.. I saw lot of that. As for cameras, I heavent seen any rule yet about it. This is what it says on back of the TICKET on BOLD.
*No alcohol, No Drugs, weapons, backpacks, videocameras, food, cans or glass containers allowed.* .. but no mention about cameras. And yes, perception is an ass inside.

heh. yea! avoid bags at all cost. my friends couldnt get their bag in, even cam bag so they had to throw it out. sucks! :S
