ive got a review for ya

hmmm... its wednesday now and i'm still feeling very pissed off by judge jules' performance at gatecrasher on saturday (28th july). in fact the whole night was fairly medioca, come on gatecrasher put on some more nights like the picotto 6 hour! the 28th was lucien foort, followed by seb fontaine, then lucien foort again for a bit because paul kershaw was late (in place of ferry corsten! aarrrgh!) then taucher, then jules. jules has been ace every time ive seen him, i even started a thread in the uk forum asking people why they think he's crap, now i know. he tried to scratch over every record, his mixing was off beat, and his LAST TUNE was goodfellas - soul heaven! wtf! this is not wot i wanna hear or anyone else! everyone was calling him a wanker and he was lucky not to get booed off. not only that, the needle decided it didnt like the last record, and decided to fall off... twice! and then it took julesy about 2 minutes to get it sorted!

sorry i'm moaning, its just not right that gatecrasher, one of the uk's leading clubs should be putting on a 'show' like this. grrrr

Hey man, atleast be greatful that you can party at a club like Gatecrasher. Granted, I go to Toronto all the time and party at amazing clubs up there with sick talent, but I only wish to be able to party in Gatecrasher.

jukesy is weird, he's either stunnin or completely arse... a couple of my mates sed lucien foort was the bollocks (as in amazin), and i luvved him when i saw him a few months ago... cant have been that poor...

i just got a video tape from my sister .. 6 hours of gatecrasher,, fucking mad,, junkie XL,sister bliss,public domain, scott bond, dj tiesto and the judge himself... very nice sets ... seems everyone just hangs out for jules to arrive,,, his set was good..tiesto had them stomping though .. dropped some wild tunes.. i dont think it was at the club though .. as it was fucking massive... any ideas ?? i know it was not SSS ...

that'll be gatecrasher at the NEC last easter. i think you'll find matt hardwick was in there somewhere too
