smoking laws in NYC

can anyone tell me what the score is in regards to smoking laws in pubs and clubs in New York City...

Its not allowd at all. They are passing the law in DC also i think.

i dont smoke..but most of my mates do...they wouldnt go into a club unless you were allowed to smoke.......so you can cane pills but you cant smoke?????? mad!!!

Most places have a smoking area......outside. This is no reason to not go to a club. I makes it so much easier to breath.

the smoking law rocks altho it can be brutal in winter. in summer, who cares?! it's great to get air!

I never smoked in my life. Im very glad i never picked up the horrible bad habbit. Its seriously a major turn off when i see chicks smoking. Not only is it horrible for your health, but who the hell wants to kiss somebody when their mouth tastes like a ashtray. Biting my finder nails is about the only bad habbit i have (Im trying to quit).......well that and burning a hole in my pocket (working on that too.)

good for you Bri! if you can't stop biting your nails, get acrylic tips or a silk wrap! im sure a french manicure would look lovely on you!
