Evil1 MC's

I think Pete Tong and that other radio 1 guy do a great job.

Buster from that Florida radio station makes me want to throw up.
(How annoying was he at Ultra5!?!?!? )

That Dutch guy on the Sander Queensday set from last year is
annoying but sort of funny (make ze noise!)

what do you guys think about MC's?

I hate them. If someone must talk, they only have to announce the DJ's.

i've said it before and i'll say it again:

MC'S SHOULD BE KILLED

i like that drunk mc on pvd's energy set hehe

Posted by Epic Star on Jan-18-2004 15:10:

Pete Tong have done great job, but other MC's that I have heard they suck! For example that MC in PvD Live @ energy set

I really have no idea how in any way MC's could be a good thing.

Posted by UnBracKo on Jan-18-2004 21:19:

I like when the MC speaks in the Oakie set of this last summer at amnesia (10-08-03). He makes the set more active and funny. Although there are other MC's that suxx

OBVIOUSLY you've never heard a DnB MC rip some sh!t up...

MC's can be both good and bad, if it's actually for a purpose to enhance the music, then yes, if it's useless rambling like Buster, die plzkthx.

I didnt mind the mc at Tiesto in Concert. His voice sounds cool

Posted by Vanilla on Jan-18-2004 23:25:

The MC for Tiesto - Energy 2000 is probably my favorite. His talking isnt that annoying, and his cheering along sometimes adds to the set imo.

Yeah. Some Drum And Bass MC's are really good. In trance however, they're dumb. Right Of Way release set comes to mind.

i had a drunkass MC grab the mic and try to 'do his thing' over my trance set. The only reason i 'let' him was because he was the one throwing the party, eventually after turning off the mic several times on him, he called for a 'rewind! rewind!' during Silence/Delerium so i told him to go fk himself, grabbed the mic, and threw it into the back where a buddy of mine hid it until i was done.

Afterwards, i received nothing but 'thank yous' from the people in the crowd :)

buster, ugh. he needs to take a long walk off a short cliff.

Posted by Gotcha85 on Jan-19-2004 00:45:

I like it when they announce the dj.. like tiesto in concert... they should keep their mouth shut during sets though

Posted by Psionic on Jan-19-2004 00:47:

No MC is more annoying than the one at Ferry Corsten's Right Of Way concert.
