is there any online texts books or whatever that explain why notes sound better to us when they re played in certain order
lol i dont know how to even explain it.

do a query on GOOGLE for music theory or chord progressions as mentioned above.
There's really only a few basics you need to know, the rest is pretty complicated and not all too useful...

No one uses diminished 9th chords anymore anyways!
