Ste liking Alphazone

lol, last person i would have thought to like Alphazone material.

btw, "more saltwater"... saltwater = alphazone + plastic men

Can't wait to hear this, and even their Transcend is making me eager to hear the 4 new Alphazone material

Posted by Nige| on Jan-19-2004 14:36:

i fucking hate all alphazone, except saltwater rmx

all the rest is shit IMO

Posted by Streakfury on Jan-19-2004 16:42:

Yeah I'm not the biggest fan of Alphazone stuff, but this remix is pretty good.

sure sure, admit it...you love em

but remember Saltwater is Alphazone too...so your actually liking a Alphazone idea

Didn't you like their mix of Aftershock?? That mix sounds so Dumondish.

ahh well, they still own me.

Posted by Ste on Jan-19-2004 23:37:

yeh i know saltwater = alphazone, the legacy was the first tune release don their new label if i rememebr correctly.

its the fact its the only tune they have remixed without OTT super high pitch cheesy melodies and not used wank elements in the tracks. the only annoying thing is the fact it sounds a bit like strange world.

Posted by Psygnosis on Jan-19-2004 23:54:

Fair enough, but i think the same thing can be said about the other Uplifting Trance acts like Flutlicht, Dumonde and SHOKK etc.

SHOKK with the remix of Hope and Wait, high melody cheesy stuff
Flutlicht with the remix of Raging, cheesy nuff said.

i guess Alphazone can only improve for you...just wait i guess

I think we started liking Alphazone not because of how the synth line sounded or how pads were...we liked them cause they took a piece of crap song, and turned into a uplifting stander. I liked them because they never let vibe go down, they just kept it at a uplifting level throughout the song.

BUT yeh, they have indeed made some pieces of shit ...but oh well, everyone does that.

Posted by DeviantxPete on Jan-20-2004 18:50:

sounds good, but the melody sounds a bit different from what i usually hear from alphazone

Posted by Bamford on Jan-21-2004 10:41:

Wicked tune, but I don't think it's anywhere near release yet...

so what's this post doing in the New Releases Discussion?!

Posted by azOn on Jan-21-2004 10:45:

'on new tracks you think are worthy of mention'

its worthy of a mention

Posted by azOn on Jan-21-2004 10:46:

Posted by Bamford on Jan-21-2004 11:01:

you dont have to dig at people i like/used to like jsut coz i had a dig at summat you like you know.

the shokk/flutlicht remixes arnt that good mainly coz the original tunes we pants anyway. raging isnt too bad anyway, i dont liek but its not a craply made tune, just boring.

Posted by Excite on Jan-21-2004 18:31:

I don't see a need to be talking about this tune unless there's a rip or sample we can hear!!

Posted by Misty Kitty on Jan-21-2004 19:19:

i thought that the first line she sang was 'strange, neverending story' i guess i'm wrong

dont like her voice very much but would like to hear a dub, i like the energy level bit cheese but what the hey

I finally checked this song out...WHOA!!!, fucking the pads are so beautiful, the vocals are brilliant and the lead is brilliant.

Definetly doesn't sound much like the other Alphazone stuff, but damn! this is beautiful stuff.
