MK5's

Just leave them in the box so they don't wear out

and now for something completely different: always put on the dust covers. Dust is the enemy. U can use antistatic cloths to wipe off the dust it collects when the covers are off. That's about the most important thing you should know. Oh yeah, and never drop 'em

My Mk5's arrived last week, it was a righteous day i tell thee. My Numarks are currently boxed up in the loft where they belong :P

I ordered a pair of MKII's yesterday (couldn't afford the M5G ) so they should be here by tomorrow. Can't wait, it's like waiting for christmas

tho the MK5's don't come with 'Dust covers' ...
and thats a shame, cuz they cost a lot if you want to buy them extra!!

Where did you get that info? Of course they come with dustcovers.

As far as care goes, before every use i use Dust-Off to blow them out, as well as my mixer. I buy it at Costco, it's about $10.00 for 4 cans.

my acura turntables didn't come with covers either, so i use a dustfree cloth to cover them whenever i'm not using 'em...

Just so u know what to do when yours don't come with 'em and you're not into buying expensive covers

Read under Features, it's the 10th one down.

Maybe it's different from country to country?
