Trance tunes to revise to...
Being one of the unfortunate masses who has to study to pass exams, i am looking for any tracks that you guys find helps your concentration, or relaxation when revising for exams etc!
Please help a desperate student
I find listening to music when trying to revise only distracting.
Not trance at all, but the single best piece of music for revising:
FUTURE SOUND OF LONDON- WE HAVE EXPLOSIVE (PART 5)
i like revising to prog trance.
Try listenin to some scratch dj's when your revising!
Im a trance man, but i have a few scratch dj mp3s and when they come on it just helps get me into the revision!!
I always found with revision that something downbeat more was appropriate than trance; something like Enya, Tangerine Dream, Enigma,Boards of Canada, even perhaps a MoS chillout session.
If you really want to push the boat out, you could try Jean Michel Jarre - Waiting for Cousteau.
Hey man!, I'm also in periods of exams, tomorrow the first
Personnally I can't concentrate with music but for to do exercices, revision... try to listen some progressive, usually I listen Sasha, G&D... sets. And for relaxing; chill ---> Jose Padilla - Adios Ayer
Good luck! for all the TA's who have exams, cheers
hmm if i have music on for revision, its usually on reallllly low volume, usually just slap some recent ASOT sets on...
but for revision i usually just have the TV on in the background really quietly
I really miss the days when I had to study for exams......
Thanks for your suggestions, i'm sure i've got a sasha CD somewhere so i'll try that... and good luck for all the other TA's with exams!
i find the only thing i can listen to when studying is paul van dyk sets..its strange cos to be honest its probably the only time i listen to him- when im studying...i dont know what it is...i think its got something to do with the fact that itrs so fast and constant it keps me focused...or something!
its better to study without music i think. But i always do it anyway (usually non trance stuff, mostly easy listening stuff)...
i listen to silence, it is the best way, honestly...
