Armin to Be Recorded!

Ladies & Gentlemen!!!

We have just had confirmation from Armin that we have a green light to record the entire 5 hour set on friday!!!!

just thought id let you all know!!!!!

however only 2 hours will go out on the radio i think... but be assured ill get the entire set for u all.!!

i dont mean to ruin you're fun.. but don't you think that now that armin knows that he is being recorded - he won't play the same tunes - ie promos that he doesnt want floating around the internet and the like.. or maybe im just pessimistic

I think the people asking if perth will be recorded need to realise that Waxology isnt personally recording it, the radio station he works for is. Im sure if some guy walked up to armin and asked he wouldnt be too receptive. But who knows, you can try it on the night

i was thinking that also. But then look at ASOT that consists of mostly promo's that are not released for a long while. So i doubt it will change things

The Original 5 hours from the DAT rather than the radio rip will most hopefully be up...

I think he's talking about an uncompressed Wave file rather than an MP3 of it?

Heheh...

5 hours in MP3 = 300MB
5 hours in WAV = 3GB

Try downloading THAT one off ur 56k...

also i think you'll find that most PC's wont be able to handle a 3gig wav file.

Ive got a 4.5gig wav file here that i cant open. It contains PVD's 5hr set off nova from last year, but yeah, not much use to me cos i cant open it
