Hi - I need some help with translation, could anybody tell me what this means

Sie erhalten eine Versandanzeige per Mail, wenn die Bestellung versendet wird.

Da die T�cken des Internet manchmal Dinge einfach verschwinden lassen bitten wir um Kontaktaufnahme, wenn wir nicht binnen eines Arbeitstages auf diese Bestellung mit einer Nachricht reagiert haben.
