Al Fanken on state of the union

http://www.musicforamerica.org/#

its near the middle of the page...

listening to it now...

comments?

i, personaly, am offended that the president seems to think steroids in athletics are worth mentioning, and the moon/mars program wasnt even touched on.

not to mention we still havent found any WMDs (as it starts to look like the west bank) in Iraq, which makes me hope Clark gets elected and makes some better decisions regarding our military.

Uhh...you're kidding right? Wesley Clark served as a General in the Kosovo war in NATO, whereas Cheney uses war to get lucrative contracts for his (supposedly former) companies.

Well Wesley Clark was a general, but was fired from his post--not exactly inspring.

There is no evidence that Cheney is gaining anything through Halliburton seeing as he no longer works there and has no stock ownership of the company.

Neither is squeaky clean, but I think there's equally enough dirt on Clark to make me wary of him.

from what i understand, the lowdown on clark isnt all that unweildy for a general and that Clark is just a jerk, not necesarily a war-mongering pig. not that i have a problem with him being an all around mean person, its just that i dont see what he would gain from going to war.

i think rouge nations would think twice before training terrorists to attack our country (or our freinds for that matter) if we had a military leader who knows his way around a battlefield.

croquet? WTF?
