It's out as a bootleg right now with Steve Gerrard's mix of Bloodlock on the b side. The only places that I've seen have it are www.only-djs.com and www.releaserecords.com

BTW there was another thread for this about 5 posts down...

only-djs registration is hosed... it won't allow me to create a new account - keeps saying 'address' is a required field, even though it's completely filled out. By the time they respond to an email this thing will be sold out. Can anyone assist?
