how do i clean up my private msgs ?

when i open up the url, it shows now pm's
i have checked all dates (deleted all pm's)

but i still get e-mails about my pm box being full ?

plz tell me how to fix, or give me url so i can read
i couldnt find it in the faq

LoL just click on the profile (look at the top of the page in the right) , then click on new private messages , then check them all and delet them so easy

thats what i had done
but it still said it was full

anuways its working now
i also deleted all the pm's i have sent and etc

it's standard on show PM's of the last 10 days, you can change it to for example, last 100 days, then you probably see all the PM's you have
