Please ID These Vocals, Sample Included

these vocals are used over Planet Funk - Inside All The People (Harvey's Sleepy Ibiza Mix) in a Grayarea set. It is possible that they are taken from a movie rather than another track, but any info would be appreciated. Some of what the guy says is:

i mean there's just this one instant and that's what we're always in
