That's going to suck but at least put Edmonton in the subject or in the Western Canada forum so that others don't waste their time.

Oh no, he's a friend of mine. He is using a short form for the program I am taking in school.

umm if I was looking at a forecast like that for my hometown, I'd be preparing the move the next day

I'm quite sure that's Celcius...

Posted by Blik on Jan-24-2004 23:15:

I would kill to get temperatures like that dude, with lots of snow. The winter in the Netherlands consists of rain, wind and sometimes a little bit of snow and temperatures like -2 degrees Celsius

Doesn't make that much of a difference as -34 C is still -29 F.

Posted by Z1D on Jan-24-2004 23:38:

Farenheit and Celcius cross at -40
ie -40C = -40F

Jason you going to Travis's tonight?

Posted by Thierry on Jan-25-2004 06:05:

Yeah, you ppl who think you can imagine what our weather is like, have no clue!!! SO BRUTAL HERE!!! The worst I can think of is it's gonna be -44C when we walk out of Corsten all sweaty this Thursday... BRRRRR!!!!

nope, you bastards are still getting rained on

Posted by _Nut_ on Jan-25-2004 20:07:

Ick. The wind chill has to blow...

having winds from 3-6mph would make the chill be in the -52 to -59°(F) range. Now thats just damned cold

Posted by Thierry on Jan-26-2004 18:12:

Tonight's supposed to feel like -42C with the windchill... bundle up!

Posted by Z1D on Jan-26-2004 23:40:

Ya man, I nearly got frostbite just walking to the bus stop this morning.

Posted by Matt Jay on Jan-26-2004 23:45:

It's a 'frosty' 32 degrees celcius here today

We have had severe storms for the last 3 days with hail, green clouds and even a tornado!!
