ACTUALLY yes there are a ton of underground dance parties in the Southern California area. Simply go to... www.ravelinks.com and go to caledner & then so. cal. Hopefully that was some help, don't always listen to kids on here... they are just kids.
In my opinion the scene in Cali is very oxy-moronic...
I think you should find what your looking for here: http://babylon.socal-raves.org/calendar/
ive been to quite a few parties in la and the people there are no where near as friendly as they are in toronto.
a friend took me to a rave and introduced me to the EDM scene a few years ago. after weeding out all the genres of EDM, i found myself a TA. a few weeks ago, i went to my first rave after almost 3 years just to check it out. heard 2 or 3 ferry and pvd tracks, just felt weird. but maybe it was just me!
there is usually 5 massive raves in cali every year but it looks like for the past few years its only been 4.
Electric Daisy Carnival
Nocturnal Wonderland
Monster Massive
Together As One
these raves usually have atleast a few super star Dj's soo i end up going to these for the hell of it.
if its a rave... then why is it so well publicised??......
why is sensation white/black, dance valley, loveparade, etc.. so well publicised too? dont ask me man i just attend them.
