I haven't gone off trance, what's wrong with me?
Whimper whimper.
Surely there's something wrong with me? All the cool kids turn to prog and breaks and here is me still liking trance. Whatever shall I do? 
Seriously, people:
You start to find trance boring.
Whoop-de-do, let's make a thread about it. Oh, and let's make sure we all do our own thread about it and declare it to the world like it would change our lives somehow to know you don't like trance anymore.
WHO CARES?
You like trance, you don't. It's all the same to us. No need to make such a fuss about it.
I fuckin' love trance and all who moan about it can go to www.letsmoanabouttranceaddict.com since this is TRANCEaddict!
I felt this thread needed to be aired due to the daily "I just became a cool elitist progger"-threads.

Trance Addict has really turned into Electronic Dance Music Addict if you ask me. There's plenty of talk about other genres on here and that's the beauty of it.
Prog is waaaaaay more boring than Trance.

and why only go with one style???
you actually CAN listen to trance, prog, techno, house etc...
like them all...
just becaus some change style you don't have to be "1337" and go with them.... listen to what ever you want..
if i would have liked cheese (guess i wouldn't even have been here then, but anyway) and someone says i'm stupid for listening to it (like most here would have done) i wouldn't care a bit.. i listen to what ever i want.....
and you aren't "1337" just becaus you listen to a type of music.
i'm loving trance.. i mostly listen to trance... but there's also techno, prog, psy, house etc... track's that i like....
it's not that you change your lifestyle just becaus you change music style....

In my opinion Techno will own both Prog and Trance soon...
lmfao mr mystery cracks me up. ive listened to prog lots of times before, and i just get bored of it within half an hour. it isnt bad at start off, but it just seems to drone on and on and on and *falls asleep* with trance its always building up to something. thats y i love it.

Trance will never die!!! for me that is becaus that is where it all started !!!!!!
i still love trance, i still love prog, i still love....well....everything that gets my emotions flying....to me, music is about emotion, and making them come alive.
why just settle for one genre?

(Assuming i'm the only one here with the set where mark eg is a little 'worse for wear' then I guess no1 will get that line)
End of the day, theres nothing wrong with diversifying but moaning about it isn't going to help, techno is a much cooler way forward than prog anyway and theres also Psy, makes me laugh how many ppl say 'u naturally move from trance to prog' when it couldn't be more wrong at times 
if ur into trance, you obviously spend alot of time on TA and write quality posts
if u were once into trance and have now moved on, theres no need to go back and bash those who are still into it.
