HappyHappy

I can't wait. Your last set was scorching hot mang.

listening to it now. sounds nice so far. study tunnnnnage.

tough transition from valentino to introspection. gotta hate speedin up/slowin down songs with a lot of synths. as soon as you try and touch that platter you can hear it.

personally i would have put valentino earlier in the set. you went from nice groove chill prog to high energy trance. it is hard to pull off. then again i know you had to throw your vandit tracks in there. i am assuming you want to show your range as in styles of music you spin but if you are going to do this in 60 min try and find songs that allow for it. i wrote all this without even seeing if you asked for opinions...oops. anyway...thanks for the set. keep up the good work.

nooooooooo, i actually appreciate your comments a lot. it makes me a better dj really! i always love when people write me things !

heh.

i know it was a bit 'crazy' of me to mix introspection and flying but i had to do it if you noticed, introspection was perfectly to it!

Posted by DJ_Release on Feb-03-2004 05:33:

ok Arturo listenin to the mix right now.... the transitions are nice but some of them are outta place imo.... like the first transition, it just didn sound right. But the beatmatching is good which is important of course

btw loving the second track... had to be a MS remix

loving the hey ya melody !!! WOOT!!

well halfway through the cd now... it's really nice but honestly it doesnt have a flow to it imo... it's just good track after good track.

WOW I DIE with the Filo & Peri track this guys are killing me with every single they produce

I also agree with whitesmoke on the Valentino - Flying issue.... i would have also put it earlier in the mix it doesnt really fit around those 2 tracks

but anyways since Introspection RULES!!! i forgive u!
I DIE!!!

well overall good job on the mixin
it's a nice set... has some awesome tracks, but like i said before u need to work on set progression a little bit harder
it should come with time
keep it up

i still need to work more on my flowzzzz and key-mixing! heh. that's something i am learinng :P mixing prog is really different for me so im trying to do the best i can!

thanks so much for your feedback!!!
