anyone ordered off juno lately

i got my records today and they looked liek they were packaged in two pieces of card found in an alley stuck together!

what ahppened to the old packets of goodness.

anyone else had this?

I havent ordered anything off juno for ages coz they seem to have gone a bit downhill lately. Their selection of vinyl is getting a bit cheesy generally and their release dates for tunes is a bit crap. Not sure whats happened maybe there having money problems and its made them a bit low budget

mine came inside one of those normal card record sleeves, then had 2 extra pieces of card around that
seemed ok to me
maybe they dont value your custom

well they get everything before any other uk place though, and have the cheapest prices.

but yeh the tune selection is a bit wank

Juno don't seem to have any records i want these days and haven't for the last couple of months. Chemical all the way baby! Even though their price per record is more. But Brisky seems to have seen the light and is ordering more and more psy records.

yeah, the new packaging is horrible! its a pain in the arse to open, and it doesnt look like it protects the vinyl very well either...

Everyone should complain, not just once, but have a template complaint letter written out and after each one that comes in the dodgy packaging we should all send it out.
