Ok... so both these record stores have wicked selection... now the only problem is is with shipping. RAPID AIR EATS ASS!!! Not only does it cost $10 more then Airborne, but when it got to my country (Canada) I had spend 2 hours of my day just dealing with paper work for this shit. First I have to go to the office/warehouse of this express company to pick up paper work to customs so I can get my records cleared... they don't have customs brokers set for you like Airborne does with PBB. So now from there I have to go to customs at the Airport to fill out forms there. Once that is done I have to go back to my house still without my records and wait 24 hours (so they can inspect the packages) before I can pick up my records and pay for customs at the Airport!!!! Is this happening to anyone else since they changed shippers?? Where is the convience in this??? These orders should come right to my doorstep I shouldn't have to deal with this crap especially over a period of 2 days!!!!
WTF. It's happened to me and another friend of mine. Curtis, it's with DANCEGROOVES as well!??! I checked it out with Carlos (Mobius) and figured the shipping for it was ok for Dancegrooves(for the order I put in anyway it was...). If I have to pay extra when I get my ass to the airport I will be ANNOYED. Also that stupid ass new rule with the new shipping company is TOTAL BS. FUCK that...

It's supposed to be faster than Airborne, but I'm waiting for two weeks already. The worst part is, it arrived in Belgium more than a week ago, but they don't release it from their warehouse. Think I'll gonna pay them a visit soon.
The reason they switched shippers is that Airborne officially fused with DHL. Airborne itself doesn't exist anymore in Holland. And it seems they even charge more than Rapid Air.
this is a fuckin joke : im payin 20 odd quid for Pulser: My Religion just because none of the shops in Belfast have it

This happened to my bro once and that was it for his vinyl-relationship with dancegrooves.com. He had to drive all the way to Pearson just to pick up his order ---> which IMO is a bunch of bullocks.
As for Only-Djfreaks.com (no sp? here), another bunch of wankers who screwed up my CREDIT and order...nonetheless, they've eaten up my money via their CREDITFUBAR'ed system....so my relationship with OnlyDJFucks ended a long time without a single reply or email from their so-called "Visible" customer support? Who are the freakshows there///??
It's been almost 2 months since I last ordered with Dancegrooves and they seem to arrive fine. I reckon it's a 1 in 10 or 20 cases kind of scenario.
RIP_Technics: Check Chemical Records next time. I believe their shipping is cheaper and they have the record there.

Are you guys fuckin kidding me?! You really had to go to the airport yourself? I just placed an order with OnlyDJs just yesterday. I picked Rapid Air obviously cause it cost a lot less than DHL. So Rapid Air just keeps the things in their warehouse and I have to pick them up myself? If this is the case this is ridiculous. I live in the States, the Bronx to be specific, so I have to buy from online sites out of the US. But whats the point of having an air carrier that won't deliver to your doorstep? When I made my purchase, it said that they would be 3 day shipping. What was the problem with you? Is this a legit business or something? I wasn't sure of picking Rapid Air but it cost so much less than DHL. Dammit if this is what happens to my order I'm going to be way fuckin pissed. I don't have time to visit their fuckin warehouse! I simply can't do that! Does everyone who uses Rapid Air need to go to the warehouse to pick up the order and fill out paper work? WTfuckinF!
how could this happen to you guys if on the tracking website I got from Rapid Air they have the final stage of my order is delivery and there is a photo of a RAC van delivering stuff?
I'm totally confused and hope this doesn't happen to me or anyone else. This is bullshit.
fuck that! i'm not going through all that just to get my records. damn...i really liked those places 
last time i was on onlydjs, i think i had 2 or 3 records in the basket and i checked shipping DHL was like 50 bucks and the other was like 20, which is way too much for me. so i said fuck it and didn't order.
shipping costs like that are just rediculous.
I think the main problem is is that Rapid Air doesn't have custom brokers automatically set up to care of that customs crap when it comes into the country. Airborne had PBB Global Logistics to take care of that crap for us, but Rapid Air has no one... this is nonsense.... it should at least go to the nearest post office where you can pay customs there.

Hey Walter Mindz,
If your tracking didnt make it past the airplane photo, then what does it mean since my tracking has made it into their warehouse? Does that mean I am in the clear? And if that is the case for me, could there have been a problem with Canadian customs for you?
i hate this shit! i used to place so many orders to only-djs...can't afford them now..this sucks

Hey guys, i went through all the steps to get my records. I was stuck in the same boat.
I got a call from a Broker ( Customs ) and they said they had the release papers for my records which I had to sign to get my records. So I go there, and walk into this shithole, honestly... it was a shithole. They were sitting on those pleather chairs you buy from a garage sale that your 60 year old neighbour stole from his office back when he was 27. It was GHETTOOOO.....
Anyways, back to the main point. I sign the papers and say "Ok where is my package" - expecting them to have it. They say.... oh you have to go here and they give me the adress, its about 20 mins away from them and its at the warehouse. Only thing, before I go to the warehouse I have to go to the airport ( Customs ) and give them my signed release papers so they approve them and ask me about 1 million questions about the package and what its for and what im doing with them etc... wether I make money from DJ'ing or not etc etc etc...
So finally, i wait in a stinkin line for about an hour get my shit stamped and im on my way to the warehouse which is located in Bum Fuck Idaho. I couldnt find the place for the longest time. Finally, Im there, i walk inside and they tell me to use the backdoor for some stupid reason, which pissed me off cause I had to go outside and walk around, and it was hellda windy and cold! So I walk into the warehouse and speak to this lady show her the papers and she gives me my records. I then remember that Chris ( endlesswave) had the same problem so i asked if they were holding his records, and BAM there they are. I saw about 7-8 Packages with records there. One being RabbitJoker's. - He thought it was lost in the shipment.
Anyways... The reason for this whole thing happening now is....
THIS IS HOW THE NICE LADY AT THE WAREHOUSE EXPLAINED IT.
Vinyl is in high demand now, alot of people are ordering it so it became a commercial import. They no longer do Domestic imports with Vinyl. So now YOU Will have to go through this shit every time. She said, to save some time, get an Import Number and you wont have to go through so much trouble again and you will save on GST (If you're in Canada)
Anyways.... I Find this a load of crap! Im not ordering from ODJ's again until this whole thing is fixed. From now on its Local stores and Ebay.
This is bullshit! This has got to be the worst way to run a business but an excellent fuckin way to loose long time customers.

ive had a package missing since the start of december $200 out of my pocket.
emailed countless times with no response, phoned them no one answers, faxed them with no reply.
YET they are still updating their website daily with new records and sending out other orders to people?
on the other hand, chemical are excellent and always have been. never once had a problem with them, have always been quick to reply to emails and their shipping is not only very cheap but also very quick out here to australia. infact its even faster than airborne/dhl!
Ok, so now after waiting 3 days for Customs to clear my package I finally get it from the warehouse ---- 20mins away, but what now???? I had to pay some fee I never even heard of before... "Terminal and Handling" and extra $20 WTF!!! Never again will I order from ODJ!!!
All and All for 2 packages (1 for me and 1 for my brother) total cost for customs and Terminal and Handling cost....$87.23. Now factor in the cost of gas for the jeep to drive around to these places.... total Cost: $107.23. WTF IS THAT!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Just keep calling... they don't answer the phone much, but you can get a hold of them... just make sure you call them when they're open...10am-5pm Dutch time.
The best place to order vinyls is Chemical-Records, that place owns it !!!!
1st>Always find what I'm looking for !
2nd> S&H is cheap
3rd> Orders It take 5-7 days to arrive.
I never have/will tryed ODJ cuz I'm really happy with CR and I've olny heard bad things of ODJ .
I have a question for you all >> Why do you guys still ordering records from ODJ ?

Ha yeah I used to go through only-dj's.com, but their mail service is ridiculous! try vinylwarning.com.au They have an awesome selection; and if you ship in bulk the fees aren't bad! plus their customer service is A++ and very quick, most oreders are shipped the same day their placed!
