Is this track real?

A friend of mine ran across this website and liked the song that was being played and asked for my help. I don't know what it is, but it sounds cool to me too. Does anyone know if this is an actual track? This is the website he sent me to: http://www.4ieg.com/ Please help us identify this if possible. Thanks a bunch.
