Well basically when i installed it everything was running smoothly when i reopened any kind bass sounds and 3xosc sounds are all just very distorted, all the snare and hihats etc are all fine tho but it cant be my speakers or soundcard because the mp3's are perfectly ok?!

try adjusting the audio settings - if you have a really crappy computer you might need to turn the buffer up to the max.. I remember I had to do that when I was running a celeron 1ghz system.

working spot on now just the buffer was turned all the way down
