You are taking the piss are'nt you.

Incase your not, ATB is one of Adelaides longest serving trance DJs, around long before that other(cheesy)DJ came onto the scene.

And you wonder why you don't have any friends!!

Nah you're ok..... sort of... dunno if i'd pick up the phone if you called tho.

I'll try to make it, actually yeah i'll make it no matter what, even if i'm working. Heard fantastic things about Steve from absolutely EVERYONE. I only heard like 3 songs of his in Melbourne at Armin bit he played Matt Darey - Moody.... RESPECT!!

I'll be the one with the "I LUV STEVE" t-shirt.

Pulsefusion-- set times are as follows

10-11 Matt Parker
11-12 L8s vs Justice
12-1 Solace
1-3 Steve Strangis
3-4 Damage vs ATB
4-5 Simple Psyman

All DJs are intent on only playing the freshest trance and prog, so no need to worry about anything cheesy being played.

Cheers. Pump it the fuck up. Lets get as many people to support trance as we possibly can.

Nice, looks like a wikkid lineup!! 12-4 is when its all going to be happening!
I'll bring along the usual posse, well try to anyway, lets just hope the Friday night thing isn't going to be a factor.

Posted by PulseFusion on Feb-17-2004 09:06:

sweet! cheers dude, looks like its gonna be a good night...

Posted by petek on Feb-17-2004 10:36:

Hello kiddies!

Looks to be a top night in the making!
Last real trance night was Sample Gee and I had a ball there!!

Will be a nice change to hear some "slower" stuff and without the cheese!

Lets hope prog is kept to a minimum,
And just again for gumble, a minimum.

Sif working saturday stops ya stamper!
Will be a wicked night, i'll drag the rave posse along too!

Posted by DJ SOLACE on Feb-18-2004 03:41:

We just couldnt do it on a saturday. Way too many other nights that would steal our punters. Half you guys alone go to Push

Posted by SteveStrangis on Feb-20-2004 15:51:

still...
good to see that theres a dedicated trance crowd in adeilade.

looking foward to it !!!

And we look forward to seeing you as well steve. can you give us a hint as to what to expect?

Posted by DJ SOLACE on Feb-21-2004 14:43:

Stampy -- I'll tell ya some of the tunes i'm considering playing, although some of these will depend on what young Strangis is planning to play.

whirlpool -- under the sun (solar stone)
Evolution -- Walking on fire (blank & Jones)
Reysan Khan -- Shiatsu (2 players)
Octagen & Arizona -- Starburst
Pulser -- Cloudwalking
Sun Decade -- Follow you
RMB -- Re Reality (blank & Jones)
FX Zone -- Synthasia (Nu NRG)
Nu NRG -- Connective
Triple Seven -- May the Grace
Oceanlab -- Satellite (above & beyond)
Afterburn -- Summer sun
Re Locate -- Waterfall (i'm sure Steve will want this one)

These are some i'm thinking about dropping, what do you think?

looks nice! Can you maybe play Winter Sun instead of Summer Sun? It has a very 'Rock Your Body, Rock' feel to it, i think it owuld sound great on a loud system.

i'm amazed that you can choose a tracklist when you havent even seen the type of crowd (& tested a few tunes on them) & when the event is still 3 weeks away!.. a lot can change in 3 weeks, particularly when it comes to people's taste in trance music

He hasn't chosen his tracklist, these are just some tracks he will consider playing. Usually when Solace lists tracks like above you may be lucky to hear half of them, he is a great DJ who plays both what he likes and what is right on the night. You shouldn't criticise him without ever seeing him before.

Posted by Mangler on Feb-23-2004 01:31:

I wasnt criticising him at all.

Posted by DJ SOLACE on Feb-23-2004 02:22:

I didnt think you were critisising at all mr Mangler.

I play at this club regularly, so i know the crowd and i know what Adelaide likes in the way of trance(since we dont get much here they tend to lap up anything in the way of quality).

As for three weeks out, sure, but those above are just what im playing at the moment, so some will surely get a spin. Also as im playing before Steve, i dont want to drop anything big he was hoping to play.

ps: cheers Stampy.
