Who is this guy in the photo??

Hey all, i saw this photo in someone's signature on the Armin Van Buuren:

Does anyone else think that the guy in the middle photo looks just like the guy in the Ibiza's Children documentary??

Or am I just being crazy??

P.S. Sorry if I stole the photo off someone in this forum.
